About Kiddie Junction
Kiddie Junction Childcare & Preschool Centers is a family-owned childcare center established in 1993. We strive to provide a quality, loving learning environment dedicated to developing the "total child" to children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. Our Ladder Learning System is the traditional preschool curriculum, encouraging children to learn by experience and discover through play.
Our Credentials
All of our facilities meet and exceed all State of New Jersey Department of Children & Families guidelines. We do extensive background checks, including criminal and fingerprinting on all our employees. In addition, our staff is certified in infant and adult CPR and first aid. They are also required to complete 12-hour continuing education credits annually.
Our staff is advised of the trends or changes in childhood development at regularly scheduled training meetings. This includes being informed of research outcomes, equipment updates, programmatic additions, and credentialing.

Our Experience and Education
All Kiddie Junction Childcare & Preschool Centers staff have extensive experience in professional childcare or preschool education with an average experience of 7.2 years. Additionally, our teachers have education levels that far exceed the regulatory standards. We seek professionals who have committed to the field of childcare and thus usually remain an employee for a long time with us and enroll in secondary education.
